Wine Basic Knowledge

Learn about knowledge and understanding of wine production and short brief of wine history also an introduction to the process of the grape growing, the grape structure, major grape varieties, the harvest, the making of the wine and the different categories of wine, label information in the bottle.
It is recommended to combine this program with a wine tasting program to maximize your study and understanding of the basics.

Wine Tasting

Learn about knowledge and understanding of wine equipment and its function and be able to actually using all the equipment; type of glassware, equipment needed. An knowledge on wine tasting method and experience on tasting different kind of grapes

Wine Serving

Learn about knowledge and understanding of how to serve wine, understanding all equipment need to prepare and how to actually do it with different kind of wine type
